Hi Dear, lama tak jumpa!
Kayanya konsisten masih Pe-Er banget buat aku. There are lot of write tasks, but I haven't finish it yet.
Now, I write about our Minister that have duty to West Sumatera. Do you know the culture of 'Menjilat'?
This is bad culture that you show much attention to your higher, so they will accept your wish. It is bad rut, but usual to do.
I am not said to everyone, but lot of people do that.
For instance, you provide everything like transport with luxury car, food, hotels, etc. Who's paid for this? Do you think Office in Province or their branch have budget for this kind of hustle?

They have to take from other account, and responsible to do that! isn't that an evil?
I can't do that anymore, so that I choose to keep my job now, and won't change. Actually, not change but such an additional job.
For me personally, I don't hate the job. Actually, it is quite interesting since I love accounting and have background in it. What I disagree is the system. It is very different if you work for private company.
There are a lot of differences. Private company emphasize effectiveness and efficient, whether government office emphasize to spend the budget had given. Even though it used for something else.
That is so many issues I had while served as treasurer. I got sick and often get angry quickly because of the amount of work I have to handle.
Thank God, I passed that time.
Now I work on subsection that not really though of jobs, I am grateful have many times to develop my skill, and do something else when I am free.
I enjoy this moment, also working up to study abroad.
Wish Allah help me. Because without Allah and my parents pray, I am nothing.
