Being Resilient


This morning i listened a podcast from BBC. I have been listening the podcast around 3 days, and it is good so far. 

The programe just 6 minutes, and consist with many theme. And this morning, i listened about Resilient.  

Resilient meant able to be happysuccessful, etc. again after something difficult or bad has happened:

The question, how often are you being resilient?

For me-my self, idk exactly am i able to resilient; able to happy after something difficult. 

There are times, i just crying, didn't know what to do.. and want to give up.. 

Because, as i said that i don't have person to talking about my problem, and one thing i can do is just let it flow, 

You know what? I learning English pretty much nowadays.. 

I want to be able speak English fluently, so that i get good score in IELTS. 

I listening to podcast everyday, i read English book, and english webtoon, 

I feel, my ability to speaking quite improve. Indeed i instaled some application to learn english as well. 

On of them is Tandem. 

Tandem is pretty interesting application to learning, because there are many club which people speaking ENglish.. And it is not limited about English, but also Japanese, Germany, French, and Indonesian as well.. 

There are some interesting topic too, and we capable to join with click the button of raise hand. 

If you don't wanna join, you can just listened what are they talking about.. 

So,, in short, i pretty enjoy this moment.. 

Because i have some problem with my course in EF, this is why i instaled some app. 

And you know, i can speak ENglish better than i am in 6 months ago, 

Even i still use translator to know what i am saying, but not so bad for me,, 

I have to struggle about it, right?

Back to resilient, 

I think, it's doable, when you have completely peace with your self, 

You know, there are something you can't control. 

People attitude, people said about you, and there is something you can control, it is you. 

No matter people doing to you, there is no affect, if you can control yourself. 

 It is okay to be sad, to be mad, to be feeling lonely sometimes, but you know, you are not alone, 

you have me, intead them. I always be here for you, whenever you want, whenever you come. 

And knowing about that, i think i can be resilient for some time.

Numpang Nama

One thing I don't like about my work culture is 'numpang nama'. This word is used for somebody whose name is in the decision letter for implementing activities, but they didn't do their job. And this is what I am experiencing now.  Terus terang aja, aku bukan tipical orang yang pinter juga, bukan juga orang yang sosialis juga. Tapi untuk pekerjaan aku prefer aku yang kerja jika emang ada namaku di sana. Kenapa sih tiap aku nanya tuh ga pernah dapat jawaban yg puas. Giliran ada masyarakat nanya2 informasi ke aku, kan aku jadi gapunya jawabannya.  Masa ada orang jauh-jauh datang ke kantor, aku cuma jawab 'Maaf pak saya gatau' kan lucu. Bayangin kalo orang itu adalah kamu atau orang terdekatmu. Kan Bangke! Herannya tiap aku bahas tentang hal ini ga ada yang kasih pendapat positif. Seakan aku tuh cuma outsider yang ga berhak apa2.  Kalo tau kaya gini aku gausah ada namaku di sana. Dapat ilmu dan pengalamannya minim tapi giliran ada apa-apa pasti keseret namanya.  Go...

Galau 2025

 Dear Aku,  udah lama nih aku ga curhat di sini. Entahlah. Makin ke sini makin jarang banget kita ngobrol ya.. padahal kalo mau, banyak banget loh yang bisa kita diskusiin, atau sekedar ngegabut ajaa..  And yes, as you know, AMU program has been finished since July last year. Even though I didn't get a good score, I tried my best. And then I took IELTS course at UI my score remain still. 5,5 for general.  This is our first time in 2025, yeah. It's been a while. I can tell I changed a lot. I'm not a person who loves read a book, I'm not a person who likes writing a diary as well as story as I used to be. How is class in EF

 It's been a week i took an english class in EF.  It so funny that study english with native teacher and friends all around the world. Each class consist of maximal 9 student. Because we all in the same grade (intermediate) and mostly we have not fluent speak in english, so that sometimes we need take times to thinking what is that word in english.  In the class, teacher will ask us to speak and talking with other student for some issue, and then she will correct it. It is often happen, when i talk and suddenly got stuck because i don't know how to say in eglish, and i took time for searching on google translate.  We demanded to speak constantly, so that many of us still used 'a..a..aa' and so. In the end we laugh each other. Not underestimate..   Thankfully the teacher and all of student is understand that is an issue for us. And teacher giving support and cheer we up! That is going to be really funny moment. We had a flexible class along day. Each session...
